Assisted Living Facility For Sale
Brook Cherith Assisted Living is a 38-bed facility for sale located in Huntsville, MO which is 30 miles north of Columbia, MO. We are dual licensed as an ALF1 with DHSS and DMH. Our current censes is 27. Multiple payor sources include Private Pay, VA, SSI and Medicaid. We have 4 suites, 9 private rooms with full baths, 2 private rooms with half baths, 4 private rooms that can be returned to semi-private rooms with half baths and 7 semi-private rooms with half baths. Existing building was built in 1984 with a new addition added in 2015. We are fully staffed on each shift with dedicated employees who many have been with us for more than 7 years.
Lonnie and Sherri Kallmeyer have owned Brook Cherith for 15 years. Sherri is the Administrator and RN. We have built solid relationships with our community and referral sources including hospitals in Moberly, Macon and Columbia and Public Administrators in the state of Missouri.
