EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – THE BLUFFS

The Bluffs, a non-profit skilled nursing facility in Columbia, Missouri, seeks an Executive Director. The Bluffs, operating under the direction of the Boone County Citizen Services Corporation, operates 132 skilled beds, including a 16 bed Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit. The facility enjoys a consistent 96% occupancy rate, stable management staff, strong community reputation, and a productive relationship with the University of Missouri, the state’s flagship university.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of strong leadership, effective decision-making, experience building strong teams, and the ability to work well with a non-profit board. Minimum requirements include at least 3 years of successful experience as a nursing home administrator, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, and a current Missouri Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
